Q: Which areas do you guys serve?
A: Primarily the Brooklyn and Staten Island area. But we also service the entire NYC area, and New Jersey
Q: What the difference between you and Geek Squad?
A: We are self trained Technicians. Most of us have been working with computers for at least 5 years on expert levels. Unlike Geek Squad, who give their “geeks” manuals on fixing things, no real experience comes to the table. We are also considerably cheaper than Geek Squad, Fire Dog, and almost all other Repair outlets.
Q: How come your prices are so much lower, than others?
A: We are a small startup company, that said. We minimize our overhead costs, and we keep things simple, yet productive. This allows us to pass on the cost savings to our clients, while providing superior service
Q: What Guarantees do you have on your work?
A: We would like to maintain the industry standard of, 90 days labor, and 1 year parts. However since we are so sure of our work, and your satisfaction is our priority, we will extend to 120 days labor. Any extra protection plans that you might need on specific hardware, will be handled by a third party company through us.
Q: Is there a location where I can drop my computer off, instead of requesting a house call?
A: Yes, please check our contact page for address. Any Drop offs, or pick-up; will take place there. Upon checking in your equipment, you will be handed a receipt with a tracking number.
